本制品為科研級別，僅限于實驗室科研使用。不得用于臨床診斷或者治.療等用途。
原理：將血液用稀釋液作一定量稀釋后，紅細胞和其它白細胞溶解，注入計數池在顯微鏡下計數，然后計算血液中嗜酸性粒細胞數。
操作參考：
1、干凈小試管加稀釋液0.38mL
2、取末梢血20ul,加入管內混均，待RBC溶解后兩側充池。
3、靜置3-5分鐘，用低倍鏡計數10個大方格內嗜酸粒細胞數。
4、計算：10各大方格內嗜酸細胞數×20×10的6次方=嗜酸粒細胞數/L。
參考范圍：50-300×10的6次方/L
注意：血液稀釋后應于1小時內計數完，否則嗜酸細胞逐漸被破壞，使結果偏低或不易辨認。混均力度適宜。
Principle: After diluting the blood to a certain extent with a dilution solution, red blood cells and other white blood cells are dissolved and injected into a counting cell for counting under a microscope. Then, the number of eosinophils in the blood is calculated.
