原理

將精液用稀釋液作一定量稀釋后，精子被殺死，注入計數(shù)池在顯微鏡下計數(shù)，然后計算出精液中精子數(shù)。該稀釋液僅適用于科研領(lǐng)域，不適用于臨床診斷或其他用途。

操作（可具體根據(jù)自己實驗或者相關(guān)文獻操作）

1、于清潔小試管中加入精子稀釋液0.38ml。

2、取經(jīng)37℃30分鐘液化的精液20ul，擦去管外附著的精液，置于精子稀釋液內(nèi)，混勻。

3、取上述混勻的懸液加至血球計數(shù)池內(nèi),靜置3-5分鐘。

4、用低倍鏡計數(shù)左上、左下、右上、右下及中央五個中方格，五個中方格總數(shù)乘以10⁹/L即為每升精子數(shù)。

正常參考值: 100-150x10⁹/L

Principle

After diluting the semen with a certain amount of diluent, the sperm are killed and injected into the counting chamber for counting under a microscope. Then, the number of sperm in the semen is calculated. This dilution solution is only applicable for scientific research and is not suitable for clinical diagnosis or other

uses.

Operating reference (can be operated specifically according to your own experiment or relevant literature)

1. Add 0.38 ml of sperm diluent to a clean small test tube.

2. Take 20 μl of semen that has been liquefied at 37℃ for 30 minutes, wipe off the semen adhering to the outside of the tube, and place it in the sperm diluent, then mix well.

3. Take the above mixed suspension and add it to the hemocytometer, and let it stand for 3-5 minutes.

4. Count the five middle squares on the left upper, left lower, right upper, right lower and central parts with a low-power microscope. The total number of the five middle squares multiplied by 109/L is the number of sperm per liter.

Normal reference range: 100 - 150 x 109/L

Transport and storage at room temperature. Valid for 12 months.
