唾液樣品DNA保存液:
用于在室溫下唾液DNA的收集，運輸和儲存，能保證唾液DNA在室溫下長期保存，保存的DNA沒有降解，保持完整的DNA，為各種需要DNA基因檢測的分子實驗，提供可靠的高質量的DNA樣品。

唾液樣品DNA保存液的特點
1、操作使用簡單、安全。
2、唾液DNA樣品在保存液存放，可在室溫下貯存超過2年，不需要冷凍，為運輸和存儲提供方便，并大大減低制冷成本
3、獲得的唾液DNA質量好，產量高，可代替血液DNA來完成各種基因檢測及分析實驗。如:PCR、NGS、SNP分析
4、能抑制各種霉菌病毒的生長，并能殺滅各種傳染因子，可避免試驗人員在處理樣品時受到病人病毒細菌的傳染。

唾液樣品DNA保存液的參數:
每100ml的唾液保存液大約可以保持50份唾液樣品(根據所要收集的唾液量而變化)。
在室溫下(15~25°℃)保存唾液完整的基因組DNA至少一年以上，每毫升唾液可獲得3~60ug的DNA產量(DNA產量因樣品不同而異)。

唾液樣品DNA保存液的操作步驟:
1、在收集前30分鐘，清水漱口，保持口腔清潔
2、將唾液吐到一個15ml-50ml的儲存小管。建議收集2m|體積的唾液(不包含氣泡)，可根據實驗需要，收集不同量的唾液。
3、在收集到足量的唾液后，馬上用移液槍將等量唾液保存液轉入到儲存小管中，例如，如果是收集2ml的唾液，就建議加2ml的唾液保存液。
4、蓋上儲存小管的蓋子，并將小管的蓋子旋緊，上下混搖小管10~20次，使唾液保存液與唾液充分混合。
5、在儲存小管標簽上填寫所需的有關信息，如名稱，收集時間，等等。

注意:
整個唾液收集時間，在5-10分鐘內完成，不要超過30分鐘。否則唾液的DNA質量會降低。

Parameters of Saliva DNA Preservation Solution:
About 50 saliva samples can be preserved with 100ml of saliva preservation solution (varies depending on the amount of saliva to be collected).
The complete genomic DNA of saliva can be preserved for more than a year at room temperature (15-25°C), and 3-60ug of DNA yield can be obtained per milliliter of saliva (the DNA yield varies depending on the sample).

Steps for Operating Saliva DNA Preservation Solution:
1. Rinse your mouth with water 30 minutes before collection to keep it clean.
2. Spit into a 15ml-50ml storage tube. It is recommended to collect 2mL of saliva (without bubbles), and different amounts of saliva can be collected according to the needs of the experiment. 3、After collecting enough saliva, immediately transfer an equal volume of saliva preservation solution into the storage vial using a pipette, for example, if 2 ml of saliva is collected, 2 ml of saliva preservation solution is recommended.
4、Close the lid of the storage vial and tighten it, shake the vial up and down 10-20 times to mix the saliva preservation solution and saliva thoroughly.
5、Fill in the required information on the label of the storage vial, such as name, collection time, etc.

Note:
The entire saliva collection process should be completed within 5-10 minutes, and no more than 30 minutes. Otherwise, the quality of DNA in saliva will be reduced.
This product is only suitable for experimental research and scientific research.
